It is a Blue Nissan Kicks. Our last car was a Kia Rio Hatchback and I named it Tiny; but now we have Blew, so if your car doesn't have a name today would be a great day to name that car!
This week mortgage interest rates continued to creep closer to the 7% level, hitting an average of 6.70% this week. These fast moving interest rates have added $250 per month on average in September alone. The 30-year fixed rate mortgage averaged 3.01% one year ago. For those who can afford them, a 15-year fixed rate mortgage may save a little money it averaged 5.96% this week.
In the Louisville Real Estate Market the shift is still being seen in spectacular fashion. Today, 2,099 listings are live and on the market here in the Louisville Multiple Listing Service. In the Lexington Multiple Listing Service we have 2,703 listings that are live on the market. And in the Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service we have 788 for a combined total of 5,590 listings on the market. So, if you are looking for a home in our area, know that there are homes available for sale all over the place!
