Message From David Hittle, Realtor - United Real Estate Louisville

Hey everyone and thanks again for reading my latest Real Estate Newsletter! This housing market is starting to take a wild ride, so we all must remain informed and knowledgeable about what is happening in the real estate market.

This week in the Mortgage Interest Rate market interest rates surged to 5.81%, from last week's 5.78%. The mortgage interest rates have started to react to what the Federal Reserve is doing. The rise in interest rates has cost the average buyer about $800 a month in additional monthly payments. However, even so don't let that scare you away because it not really a concern with interest rates, or the price of the home - it is the monthly payment that you pay that is the most important piece of information.

If you or someone you know has questions about the real estate market, or you would like a personal neighborhood market report don't hesitate to reach out and ask. You can also visit my website www.shopkentuckyhomes.com - and enter your zip code to receive a market report as well.

Don't try to navigate this choppy housing market alone, have confidence by having a professional by your side during your real estate transaction.
