This week mortgage interest rates according to Fannie Mac dipped below 3% to 2.98% this is down from last week’s 3.09% and staying near historic lows when we look back over the decades.
For September in Louisville there were 3,728 Active & Pending Single Family Homes/Condos with 1,790 Sold.
We have a 21.70 average days on market for our area with 1.31 Months of Inventory Available.
September 2021 saw an Average Selling Price for a home at $284,399
compared to $260,355 in September 2020.
1740 Homes were sold in September of 2021
compared to 1653 in September of 2020. Median Selling Price for homes in September of 2021 closed at $240,000 compared to $220,000 in September of 2020.
Mortgage interest rates are projected to climb, with some projections showing 3.70% as the median for 2022.
