Sellers Likely to Keep Market Advantage Next Year

Home Seller's are inching into the market at a snails pace which is causing home prices to continue to rise fueled by home buyer demand.

Here in the Louisville area we are sitting at around 1.5 months of inventory which is 4.5 months short of what we'd need to consider this a stable market.

I believe it will take quite a bit of time to gain all that inventory, so look forward to home prices continuing to rise as long as demand stays strong.
